Case Study: Driving Progress for Porsche Retail Group

KCS Automotive continues to support the long-term strategy and operational evolution of Porsche Retail Group - helping to embed smarter processes, stronger systems and more consistent ways of working across its network.

With a relationship that started in 2009, KCS Automotive has long been trusted by Porsche Retail Group to support with dealer management system (DMS) configuration and optimisation.

Since 2021, with Chris Rogers joining Porsche Retail Group as Head of Business Development, that partnership has deepened and expanded significantly.

Chris explained:
